Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination city and the weight of your order. During the checkout process, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed for your review before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery Time


We understand the importance of timely delivery. Once your order is confirmed, we strive to process and dispatch it within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Order Tracking


For your convenience, we provide order tracking services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

Change of Shipping Address


If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been shipped yet.



At this time, we primarily offer shipping within South Africa. For any special shipping requests, international orders or further inquiries, please reach out to our customer support.

Return Policy

To exchange, return an item or sample: An item or sample must be returned within 5 days of purchase in its original condition as purchased. Alterations, glitter, powder, lotion, pet hair, food or grease stains and foul odours may strictly not be returned or refunded! Items must include the swing ticket attached accompanied by the purchase invoice or cash sale slip. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on swimwear and underwear items due to hygiene and health reasons.
